The "Test"

Everyone takes for granted that in order to drive a car we need to pass a basic written test. This advances you into the drivers seat where you then are asked to pass another test in front of an official who will then grant you your license to drive.

I think we would all pretty much agree that this test is fairly basic and almost everyone passes eventually.

If you want to be able to sell a house and make a commission you must first take a 75 hour course, then pass a 4 hour exam just to be eligible to apply to your state where you have to take and pass another 4 hour exam to get your license enabling you to sell a vacant lot.

I could go on and on about all off the things that, if you choose to do, you need to pass a test and get permission (a license) to do it.

Why don't we need to pass a test to become parents?

What is more important to society than the proper upbringing of a child? Is there anything that requires more time? Is there anything that is more difficult?

I'm sorry but love is not the only thing that matters.

Do you have the means to bring up this child in a way that ensures a decent education? A home, with food in the refrigerator? Basic medical care to ensure this child remains healthy?

Or do we just want to keep having children that the Neo-socs will raise through their ever increasing welfare state that basically ensures a vote for their party in future years.

This brings me to my next subject, voting.

I believe that if you disagree with my views and cast your vote for an opposing candidate, it is your right as an American.

I also believe that because you cast that vote you are impacting my life and that of my families, with your candidates beliefs and the subsequent actions of that candidates party on my paycheck (taxes), my family's healthcare, my family's security, well, you get the picture.

I certainly would want your vote to be decided on something that is well thought out, cast with a basic understanding and consequence of that vote. And with the full understanding that whatever the vote, you believe it will further the American dream and move this country forward.

To that extent I would not want you to be able cast a vote impacting me and my family if you have no comprehension of who is running for office, what they stand for, if you are illegal, if you cannot vote in English, if the only reason you are voting for someone is because someone brought a voter registration card to your home and told you in another language who to vote for.

The consequence for this type of voting is enormous and will unfavorably impact everyone who reads this letter at some point in time. It will add to the further depletion of American resources and could drive our country into eventual stagnation similar to our friends in Europe.

I believe that before you are given the opportunity to cast your vote you should be given a basic government comprehension test. It doesn't have to be difficult, just 20 or 25 questions on the 3 branches of government, what makes up the senate, the house, who is your states representatives, state senator, Governor, President, Vice-President, etc.

Well, again, you get the picture.

It may be your right to vote if you are a legal citizen. But I would argue it is your privilege as an American citizen to vote just like it is a privilege to drive a car and therefore to make it extra special, you should be able to pass a basic comprehension test to perform the function.

This letter will definitely create an outcry from all of the Neo-Socs (my word for the new world socialist order for witch the far left liberals, including Michael Moore, Babs, Pelosi, Reed, Turner, Kerry, Dean, Kennedy, etc., etc. have created)because they will try to have you believe it is un-American or it goes against their constitutional rights.

My response is what about my constitutional rights?

What about my right to expect that a child brought into this world will get a proper education?

That this child will be loved and have the opportunities to enjoy life's precious gifts, stay off drugs, off welfare, off the streets and out of crimes way.

What about my rights as a citizen to ensure you have a basic understanding of our constitution, a basic understanding of the three branches of government and a basic understanding of the law to ensure you, at least, possess the knowledge of why you are voting for a particular candidate and therefore, by casting that ballot you are effecting me and my family, so I at least think you should pass a basic test to see if you actually have a thought process, or if you are void of any basic comprehension.

Border Security

The first thing we need to agree on is that it is necessary to secure the border and stop the flow of illegal aliens from entering our country.
We can worry about what we are going to do with the ones already here at another time.
Once we agree with that issue, the next thing we need to consider is security.
I’m not only talking national security, but also personal security for you and your family.

Of the millions of illegal’s crossing our border are we naive enough to believe they are all hard working individuals who are just coming here to fulfill their dreams?
Many do, but what percentage of these millions are felons who are coming here to make their fortunes via drugs and violence.These are the bad people who threaten our daily personal lives with violent crime and murder on the streets.

Now I am not going to sit here and tell you I have an exact percentage and I believe anyone that tries to tell you they do is just blowing smoke.
But let’s assume low and the percentage is merely 1% of the total.

If we extrapolate that out it would mean:

1 of 100
10 of 1000
1000 of 100,000
10,000 of 1,000,000
120,000 of 12,000,000.

How many murders of American citizens are a direct result of these felons?

I don’t know, but again if we assume low and say 1% of the illegals are committing murder that would mean 1200 Americans are killed each and every year as a direct result of illegals.

Additionally, if 1% of the illegals are Islamic Jihads whose sole purpose is to destroy our very way of life and everything we stand for, it would mean 120,000 of them are here, plotting another 911.

Now comes the tough question.

If you knew that you could prevent 1200 Americans from being killed on our streets but to do so might mean the taking of a few lives of illegals, would you do it?

If you answered yes, how many lives would you be willing to sacrifice?

1%?

If I could convince you that, going forward, you would be saving the lives of 1200 American citizens a year, stop Islamic Jihads from entering our country via the border and at the same time secure the border at very little cost, and all at the expense of say 12 illegal aliens, would you do it?

The way to get all of this accomplished without the expense of building a wall and hiring additional border patrol guards is found in two words:

Land Mines

Okay, before you turn away in disgust or write me off as some sort of a lunatic you need to continue reading and hear me out.

You wouldn’t even need that many. Once a few of the minds go off you might only need signs to make it look like there are mine fields. Every now and then you could have a charge going off making it appear that another land mine has exploded and we stopped another illegal from crossing.

Now I understand that the rest of the world would come down on us and the most of the liberal population would deplore this idea. But then you have to ask yourself, will they hate us any more than they do now? We have provided more nations with monetary aid and food, and freed more people than the rest of the world combined and most of the world hates us because of who we are and that is not going to change.

Also, most of the people who do hate us use land mines all of the time.

I would suggest that this is probably the least intrusive, most effective, least costly and results oriented way to seal our borders almost overnight.

But then again we could simply do what we are doing today which is nothing. Or we could ask France for their opinion as some would like us to do.

I understand you may find my suggestion a little radical, even distasteful, but we are in tough times and our nation’s security, our lives and the lives of our loved ones are at risk.

I am not some radical who is bent on taking lives but I am someone who has thought this through, asked myself the tough questions and developed the tough conclusions, and if you are truly honest with yourself, you will agree that my reasoning is sound.

If you have a better idea, I would like to hear it. But please don’t start by saying we have to talk.
